I have spent over three decades in finance — including twenty years as director of an accounting firm, serving as chief accountant, financial controller and advisor to more than 500 companies — working across the full financial lifecycle of businesses operating in Serbia, from establishment and structuring through to growth, reporting and exit.
That breadth is rare. Having sat inside the books of hundreds of companies across industries, I read a business quickly: where the cash truly moves, where the risk hides, and where a decision will land before it is made. It is the difference between a report that describes the past and financial leadership that shapes what happens next.
Today I work as an external CFO and consultant, partnering with a focused number of clients at a time. That means board-level financial judgment, hands-on involvement, and a single point of accountability — without the overhead of a permanent executive appointment. For foreign companies entering Serbia, it also means a guide who knows the terrain intimately and works seamlessly in both English and Serbian.
I work with founders, management teams and investors who want their finances run with rigour and discretion. Engagements are deliberately limited so each one receives senior attention throughout.
